Before an engagement begins, confirm the responsible provider, the service being agreed and the terms that apply. Sending an enquiry or requesting an appointment does not by itself confirm a professional engagement or a hearing appearance.
How a request proceeds
1. Share a brief enquiry. Tell us the topic, your district and a safe way to contact you. A short initial outline is enough.
2. Clarify the assistance required. The request can then be considered for relevant connection and administrative assistance.
3. Confirm scope and terms. Check the service, responsible provider, fees, billing entity and applicable terms before agreeing or paying.
4. Coordinate the agreed next step. Intake and appointment requests are coordinated within the agreed administrative scope. A requested date remains subject to confirmation.
5. Confirm any professional engagement. Advice or representation is governed by the terms agreed with the appointed professional.
Family law and related enquiries
Enquiries may concern divorce, maintenance, custody and access, domestic violence, marriage-related processes and associated proceedings. The initial enquiry helps identify the topic; it is not a legal assessment of the merits or the correct remedy.
For enquiries involving Bombay High Court proceedings, identify the court that made the order, the proceeding and the relevant district. The appropriate forum, territorial jurisdiction and available remedy need professional assessment. The platform does not promise acceptance or representation at a particular seat or bench.
Fees, billing and appointment requests
Before payment, confirm exactly what the charge covers, the billing entity and payment recipient, any applicable taxes, and the cancellation or refund terms. Do not assume that a coordination charge includes legal advice, drafting or representation.
